Welcome to our beautiful guest suite located just moments away from downtown Vancouver, WA! This stand-alone guesthouse boasts high ceilings and is the perfect home base for solo travelers or couples seeking a private and comfortable place to stay.

Located just a block away from a child and pet-friendly park, you'll enjoy a peaceful and serene environment while still being close to all the action.

The space

Take a 20-30 minute stroll and explore all that downtown Vancouver has to offer, including a lively farmers market, boutique shops, delicious restaurants, and of course, excellent coffee.

The guest suite features a cozy bedroom with a Stearns & Foster queen-sized bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the living area includes a stylish queen-sized Pottery Barn sleeper sofa, ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, full-size oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to prepare a full meal or breakfast in the morning.

The full bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll also have access to a hairdryer and an iron/ironing board during your stay.

Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi access and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV with streaming capabilities. The desk and chair make it easy to catch up on work or browse the internet.

Guest access

You will have access to the guesthouse and the patio area at the front of it. Parking in the driveway is for the occupants of the main home. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house.

Other things to note

Please note- some things get updated occasionally so the paint may be updated, bedding can be updated, as well as decor. If changes are made they will be better than originally photographed.

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. If guests would like to smoke, they must do so outside and dispose of their cigarette butts properly.

No parties or events: Our home is not suitable for parties or events. Guests should not invite additional guests over without prior approval from the host.

Quiet hours: Guests should respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or noise should be made during this time.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the home clean and tidy during their stay. Any mess or damage caused during the stay must be reported to the host and guests may be charged for any damages incurred.

Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If guests require early check-in or late check-out, they should request it from the host in advance.

Respect for neighbors: Guests should respect our neighbors by not making excessive noise, blocking driveways or sidewalks, or trespassing on neighboring properties.

No illegal activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking and possible legal action.

Please note that a fee of $500 will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken, including but not limited to smoking inside the house, hosting parties or events, causing damage to the property, or engaging in any illegal activities.
