The space

This cozy and well-appointed two-bedroom home in Vancouver, WA is the ideal place for a relaxing stay. Thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need—including pantry staples and cooking essentials—this home is designed to make you feel truly at home.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking oil, spices, dishes, pots and pans, a large refrigerator, and a glass-top range—everything you need to prepare and enjoy a home-cooked meal. A dedicated cabinet is also stocked with pantry items such as pasta, rice, baking mixes, cookies, and sauces, available for your use.

Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size bed in the primary bedroom and a full-size bed in the second. The living room features a full-size sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests or children. An ottoman that can be transformed into a twin bed. A writing desk is also available in the living area, making it easy to stay productive if needed.

Stay comfortable year-round with the updated central heating and cooling system (A/C), and enjoy the convenience of high-speed internet and an in-home washer and dryer.

Step outside to a private, fenced backyard featuring a patio seating area—perfect for unwinding with a cup of coffee or enjoying the fresh air.

Located next to a park, the home offers easy access to green space and outdoor activities. Whether you're staying for a few nights or an extended visit, this charming home is a welcoming place to relax, work, and enjoy your time in Vancouver.

Calling all coffee lovers ☕️ — upon request, we can provide our Breville Oracle Touch espresso machine during your stay (subject to availability), paired with a bag of Couva Coffee roasted in Portland. It’s our favorite local roast and a perfect way to enjoy slow mornings here.

Guest access

Everything is for your enjoyment, except for the unfinished basement, which will remain locked and unoccupied during your stay.

Other things to note

Please note- we’ve been updating this home any chance we get! Painted the exterior, replaced the roof, updated the interior paint, and even the bathroom got a new look! Some decor pieces got replaced. If changes are made they will be better than originally photographed, and we will have them photographed as soon as all the planned repairs are complete.

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. If guests would like to smoke, they must do so outside and dispose of their cigarette butts properly.

No parties or events: Our home is not suitable for parties or events. Guests should not invite additional guests over without prior approval from the host.

Quiet hours: Guests should respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or noise should be made during this time.

Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If guests require early check-in or late check-out, they should request it from the host in advance.

Respect for neighbors: Guests should respect our neighbors by not making excessive noise, blocking driveways or sidewalks, or trespassing on neighboring properties.

No illegal activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking and possible legal action.

Please note that a fee of $500 will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken, including but not limited to smoking inside the house, hosting parties or events, bringing pets, causing damage to the property, or engaging in any illegal activities
