You’ll be one block from the grocery store and a short walk to downtown Camas, with cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, parks, and a movie theater. The Camas Library is minutes away, and Lacamas Lake is just a 4-minute drive with a popular walking/running trail and summer canoe rentals. It’s a great mix of convenience, nature, and small-town charm.

Inside, the unit is designed for both comfort and productivity with a queen bed, dedicated desk, Smart TV, WiFi, sofa, dining table, and a fully stocked kitchen — perfect for remote work, hybrid schedules, or longer stays. The home has historic character blended with modern updates and natural light.

This is a 4-unit building with the owner on site, providing a quiet and respectful atmosphere (ideal for working professionals). There is one unit above you and two below you, and we ask for quiet renters who value peaceful living. Outdoor cameras monitor exterior areas for safety.

Guest access

You’ll enter through a shared front door and staircase used by the other units. Once inside, the entire upper unit is private. A shared laundry room is located downstairs if you wish to use it.
